A Bicentennial Survey
As we look toward the celebration of Christmas, the Bicentennial Steering Committee, the Campus Vision & Development Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Vestry remain hard at work weaving the threads of the Bicentennial Capital Campaign together. I want to share my gratitude for every person who continues to offer their leadership and expertise to these vital conversations.
I invite all parishioners to take a few minutes to complete the following survey, from the Steering Committee, in hopes that we can further hone in on key elements of the campaign itself. The window to complete the survey will remain open until January 3.
Prayers for a Blessed Advent and Merry Christmas,
Last Chance to Register for the Women’s Retreat
This is your last chance to register for the January 18-20 Grace Church Women’s Retreat! Please register now if you’d like to join us for a fabulous weekend in the mountains to explore the ancient spiritual tool of the enneagram! We will learn a little bit about ourselves, and how to use what we learn to enrich our connections to ourselves, each other, and to God. We will once again be led by the beloved CeCe Balboni, and enjoy the hospitality of Assembly Inn at the Montreat Retreat and Conference Center in Montreat, North Carolina.
The cost for the weekend, which includes lodging and meals (3 meals Saturday, Sunday breakfast), is $195 for a double occupancy room or $275 for single occupancy with private bath. This year, you may choose to “opt in” for dinner at Assembly Inn on Friday evening for an additional $12.75. A $50 deposit is required to complete your registration. Make checks out to Grace Episcopal Church with “Women’s Retreat” in the memo line. You can also pay online. Choose check or credit card, then select “Women’s Retreat” as the payment type. The remaining balance is due 1/12/2019.
There will be no Wednesday evening meal or program on December 26 or January 2. Enjoy this time with friends and family.
