Deadline to Submit Applications for Member Art Show
Applications to participate in the Member Art Show are being accepted until Tuesday, January 9. The show will open March 21 and run through May 6. If you are a member of Grace and an artist – including, but not limited to: painting, mixed media, photography, fabric, ceramics, glass, metal, sculpture, and woodwork – we encourage you to participate. We look forward to showcasing the artistic talents of our Grace family!
Sunday Forum Update
The Adult Sunday Forum meets in the parish hall each Sunday morning from 9:30 – 10:30 AM to explore various topics of interest throughout the year. On January 7, representatives who attended Annual Council in November will share their experiences and report on goings on in and around the Diocese.
Bible Study Update
The Sunday morning Bible study will meet in room 210 of the preschool/children’s wing during the colder months. Join us to read the New Testament in chronological order and explore how the church grew in it’s faith. Learn how the world around it helped or hindered it’s growth and how it changed based on the times.
To date we have read almost through the officially recognized Pauline Epistles: 1 Thessalonians, Galatians, 1 Corinthians, Philemon, Philippians, and 2 Corinthians. Besides reading the New Testament scriptures, our other primary text is Evolution of the Word by Marcus Borg. We are also utilizing thebibleproject.com and occasionally, The New Testament video series from The Great Courses.

Grace adults gather each month in the Youth Room to watch and discuss movies old and new addressing a wide variety of subjects.
