EfM – Education for Ministry
Every baptized person is called to ministry. The Education for Ministry (EfM) program provides people from all walks of life with the education “to be” Christians and to carry out their ministry. All Christians need a Christian education which supports their faith and which prepares them to express that faith in day-to-day events. Thousands of persons have completed this four-year program. Students enroll one year at a time, can transfer almost anywhere in the USA and in many foreign countries, and can obtain 18 Continuing Education Units per year by participating. For more information visit the EfM table in the Greeting Area on Sundays, June 28, July 5, July 12, or plan to attend an interest meeting in the conference room on Sunday, July 12 at 9:30 AM.

Check Out Our Library!20150622_113238rev
Our relocated library is open for business and it looks great. Our thanks to Tamra Greeson-Schardl for the many hours of work she volunteers to keep our library organized and current. Stop by the conference room of The Grace Center to check out a book!

Chime With Charleston
Charleston’s historic houses of worship rang their bells simultaneously starting at 10:00 AM on Sunday, June 21 to show solidarity with Mother Emanuel AME Church. Churches around the world were invited to join with them. The bells of Grace Church sounded a solemn toll from 10:00-10:30 AM in remembrance of the 9 victims, followed by a peal to proclaim our belief in unity for all people. We were honored to #ChimeWithCharleston.
