Considered by many to be the most meaningful season of the church year, Lent invites Christians to renew the practice of their faith through fasting, prayer, and almsgiving for the good of body, soul, and neighbor. Fr. Stuart has invited our entire parish into a time of focused prayer for Lent this year, using the Benedictine spiritual framework as our guide. Morning Prayer is offered in the chapel each weekday at 9:00 AM and Evening Prayer is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 5:30 PM. Also, please keep putting your spare change into your mite boxes every evening – the boxes will be collected on Easter morning and the money sent to Episcopal Relief and Development to aid those in need.
